Laura de Benedetti is a ceramic artist in north London who creates dishes with patterns of blue and brown glazes that will never be repeated in exactly the same way. I have my eye on one of Laura’s fruit bowls just as soon as I can decide which I like best.  Laura’s porcelain pieces are on sale at the prestigious V&A shop until September or directly from the artist  or @ceramicsbylaura

We visited Laura in her new workshop where she was shaping a piece on the wheel while we were watching. New studio, new direction, Laura told us. The first test pieces assured us that the beautiful blues and browns are coming along for the ride.
