Start with a design, plenty of silver wire and form links.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Solder the links, then use t
he mill to flatten them. This is done many times – anneal to soften, then mill to make the links ever thinner.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

More silver wire to connect the flattened links.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hammer, clean and polish, and eventually you will have a finished piece.
